Auditing Health and Safety Management Systems Workshop

This workshop utilizes examples of corporate standards as well as site-specific policies and procedures. As each segment is presented, the class is divided into teams which develop audit criteria based on a particular corporate standard and site-specific procedure. As part of the workshop participants are asked to also develop and present the following:

  • A sampling strategy
  • A list of records to review
  • A list of equipment and / or observations to be made
  • A list of interview questions
